MULYAVARDHAN IMPLEMENTATION MODEL

Year 1

STRUCTURED CLASS ACTIVITIES + HOME-RELATED ACTIVITIES

Teachers undergo Mulyavardhan training in the first year and commence implementation of the programme with Mulyavardhan educational materials.

Year 2

WHOLE SCHOOL APPROACH THROUGH WHOLE-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

In the second year the Heads of Schools are oriented/trained in the Whole School Approach (WSA).

Year 3

INTEGRATION INTO THE CURRICULUM BY CONNECTING TO THE SCHOLASTIC SUBJECTS

Though some teachers start using Mulyavardhan pedagogy in the first year of implementation, by the third year this process is firmly placed.

OPERATIONAL STRATEGY

SMF collaborates with the state government and has support mechanisms at each step from teachers in schools to SCERT resource groups. The framework and curriculum are also regularly reviewed by govt. experts and teachers.
