Komal’s professional journey includes impactful roles at Accenture and Uplers, where she managed and consulted in domains like - Learning & Organisational Development, Change Management, Conflict Resolution & Succession Planning etc. Over the years, she has trained more than 12,000 professionals, conducted 670+ workshops, and consulted for 100+ organizations, focusing on design thinking, business storytelling, & leadership development.

A TEDx speaker, script curator, and nationally recognized poet, Komal brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative expression to every platform she leads.

In her current role as Group Managing Director of Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS), Shantilal Muttha Foundation (SMF), and Medhakshar Foundation, Komal is spearheading strategic growth, program innovation, and capacity-building initiatives that empower communities across India. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to nation-building through education, social development, and systems change.

Whether coaching future leaders, designing organizational strategy, or addressing global audiences, Komal Jain continues to redefine what it means to lead with purpose, passion, and vision.

Jayarajan has been associated with BJS since November 2020, contributing to strategy, planning, and documentation. He brings over 37 years of experience, including a distinguished career in the Indian Armed Forces, with a four-year tenure at the Indian Embassy in Berlin, concurrently accredited to Paris and The Hague.

In 2004, he joined Pathfinder International, a US-PVO, managing health programmes in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh for over a decade. His work focused on women’s reproductive and sexual health rights, and leading strategic communication and advocacy efforts. He spearheaded SBCC initiatives for a $15 million public health programme funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and led advocacy to strengthen social protection and financial inclusion for vulnerable communities.

Between 2015 and 2020, he headed the documentation team at the Sulochana Thapar Foundation, supporting MCHN and Urban Governance programmes, and assisting their Young Professional Fellowships.

Jayarajan is an alumnus of University of Calicut, and a logistics manager by training in armed forces. He is a recipient of the Vijay Star medal for active service during the Kargil conflict.

Manjiri brings over 35 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning education, social research, and information technology.

As a program owner in educational interventions, Manjiri has conceptualized multiple quality assessment models based on experience in various Indian states. Her work also includes designing and managing large-scale adolescent development programs and capacity-building initiatives for teachers.

In the social research domain, Manjiri has contributed to several publications with the Foundation for Research in Community Health, focusing on health resources, expenditure, and public-private healthcare dynamics.

With around 30 years of experience in IT, Manjiri has served as a L&D Professional, Quality Manager, and Project Manager across domains such as supply chain, cryptography, medical electronics, and educational technology. Her recent work includes AI-based language learning apps for vernacular students and LMS projects within the scope of national digital infrastructure.

Manjiri has been associated with BJS for more than 20 years and is an ex-BJS-COO, currently consulting on all technology solutions for BJS and guiding in talent acquisition. She continues to play a pivotal advisory role in the MV program educational technology solutions and guiding strategic planning for technology integration.

Manjiri is a true liberal arts scholar and holds an MA in English (1990) from the University of Pune and continues her education in Child and Adolescent Psychology as well as various technology domains. She is a cultural enthusiast with deep interests in literary and socio-political books, movies, theatre, photography, and art. Gardening is her mindfulness activity and mental health and well-being.
